Louis Suchy – Chief Technology Officer

Louis Suchy is a visionary and technology leader who excels in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive innovation and cutting-edge solutions that propel businesses into the future. Louis has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector in diverse industries, including Education, Information Security, and Life Sciences. Prior to joining ProStar, Louis held key leadership positions at several technology companies, including Kaplan, Prolexic, and Akamai, where he spearheaded successful projects that disrupted markets and drove business expansion. Matthew Breman – VP of Marketing & Operations

Matthew Breman is a results-proven leader with over 25 years of marketing and communication experience. Specializing in delivering new products and ideas to market with a very experiential and customer-centric delivery, he has helped a broad range of brands including, MTV / Nickelodeon, Disney Resorts, and Microsoft succeed.  While the head of  Cranium 360, he moved the company from start-up to a national award-winning marketing agency.  He has worked closely with great clients and brands such as Johns Manville, Enstrom’s Toffee (if you have ever tasted it, you would understand), national franchisors, banks, and hospitals. Matthew’s experience, across a wide variety of clients, includes successfully bringing new products to market in industrial manufacturing, medical technologies, professional services, health, and beauty.

He earned his BA from the University of South Florida and his MBA from Rollins College.   His civic involvement includes leadership position in the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Mesa County, and most recently as Mayor for the city of  Fruita, Colorado. [email protected]

Bill McIntyre – VP Business Development

Bill brings over 20 years of IT services and SaaS solution business development experience. Bill first began his sales career selling IT business solutions & services with Origin Technologies, an ERP implementation and IT consulting division of Phillips. Bill successfully acquired several key corporate accounts such as AEP, Columbia Gas and Nationwide Insurance that resulted in over $8 million in increased annual revenues. Bill went on to ReSource Partners, an ASP provider of PeopleSoft, CRM and data center solutions where he was awarded for both highest revenue generation and most improved customer service management. As a result of his performance and accolades, Bill was recruited by FacilitySource Inc., a startup SaaS based facility maintenance management suite focused on multi-unit retailers and restaurants. Prior to being recruited by ProStar, Bill was the National Business Development Manager for Willbros Engineering, a leader in energy infrastructure design, build and management services. Bill holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and is certified by Miller Heiman – Solution Sales and KARRASS – Contract negotiations “The Win-Win” training. Herb McKim, JR.

Herb earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in civil engineering from N.C. State in 1973 and 1975, respectively. During his undergraduate years he played on the varsity tennis team, where he lettered all four years and ranked #1 in both singles and doubles for two years. He was inducted into Chi Epsilon, a National Honorary Civil Engineering Fraternity and was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. On June 1, 1978, Herb and Mike established McKim & Creed, P.A. Herb played an integral role in helping guide McKim & Creed from a small single-focus structural engineering firm to a multidisciplinary company. Today, McKim & Creed is one of the largest engineering and surveying companies in the South, with 23 offices and nearly 600 employees.ves that drive innovation and cutting-edge solutions that propel businesses into the future.

Patrick Clawson

Pat is the former CEO of companies such as Terbium Labs, Blancco Technology Group (BLTG.L). He served as Chairman and CEO of Lumension Security. Pat was also previously Chairman and CEO of CyberGuard Corporation (NASDAQ: CGFW), a security software company he successfully grew and positioned for acquisition by Secure Computing (NASDAQ: SCUR) for $295 million. Pat brings more than 20 years of software industry experience and has a successful track record of running high tech companies. He has extensive experience in both domestic and international sales, marketing, and operations with companies in the information security segment. During his career, Pat has developed and implemented a multiple global distribution strategies that catapulted dozens of companies to record breaking revenue growth and profitability. He also spearheaded the launch of new technologies into the marketplace and oversaw the integration of more than fifteen acquisitions.

Wayne Moore

Wayne is a former General Partner and Managing Director of M&A at Goldman Sachs. Wayne started Goldman’s dedicated technology M&A practice in Silicon Valley. Today, he is a private equity investor and a consultant at Madison Capital Partners, LLC. Wayne is a principal investor and member of the Board of Directors at EPAY Systems, Inc., a founding partner and board member at PetWell Partners and Sepire, LLC., and serves on the board of Rush Medical Center. Wayne previously served on the Board of Directors at Suncoke Energy Partners (NYSE: SXCP), the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and was a member of Goldman Sach’s M&A Worldwide Leadership Council. Wayne holds an MBA from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Paul McKenzie

CEO and director of NexOptic Technology Corp. and Director of DeepMarkit Corp. since February 4, 2009, Paul’s experience includes founder, co-founder, CEO, CFO, and director roles for several successful publicly traded companies in software solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), and strategic minerals, (including discoveries, through to Feasibility Stage, green energy—battery metal assets). He has raised approximately $120 million in working capital for his corporations and has managed subsidiaries and projects in Canada, the U.S., South Korea, Mongolia, and China. In 2015, along with G. Arnold Armstrong, he founded NexOptic Technology Corp. and was reinstated to the CEO position in 2019. Mr. McKenzie has overseen partnerships, joint ventures, asset sales, license agreements, and mergers and acquisitions between his companies and numerous corporations ranging from start-ups to multinationals with market capitalizations exceeding $300 billion.

Rick Pevarski – Technology Advisor

Mr. Pevarski is the founder and former CEO of Virginia Utility Protection Service (VA811).  VA811. Before serving as CEO for 20 years of VA811, Mr. Pevarski was employed for 17-years at Roanoke Gas Company in Roanoke, Virginia, as Vice-President of Operations & Marketing.  While part of the gas industry, Pevarski served on the Board for the South Eastern Gas Association, was a member of the American Gas Association’s Gas Piping Technology Committee and served for 17 years on the US DOT Gas Piping Advisory Committee. In 2008, he received the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) Jim Barron Award for his contributions and dedication to the enhancement of underground damage prevention and public safety and later served on the Executive Committee of the CGA Board of Directors.
