Page Tucker – Chief Executive Officer & President

Page Tucker has an extensive background in technology start-ups, including development, marketing, recruiting, capital financing and executive management. Page first became known as a technology visionary in the automotive industry for combining data mining and predictive modeling with geographic information systems. Page was the founder of Impact Solutions, Inc., a Silicon Valley based company he formed to provide state-of-the-art customer acquisition and retention solutions to the automotive industry. Page was also co-founder of e-autobusiness, the pioneer in the development of a web-based CRM solution that provided services to well over 900 dealerships throughout the United States before being acquired. Page went on to author several pioneer patents including the methods required for capturing, recording and displaying the precise location of buried utilities and in 2014 founded ProStar Geocorp. In 2016 the Colorado Technology Association named him Entrepreneur of the Year for his efforts and innovations in developing Geospatial Intelligence Software. Vasa Dasan – Chief Operating Officer

Vasa Dasan is a veteran of driving technical strategy and execution in cloud computing. Vasa joined ProStar from CU Boulder where he served as head of software development. Prior to that Vasa was the VP of Engineering at Symplified, a single sign-on startup acquired by RSA a division of EMC-DELL. Prior to Symplified, Vasa was the first engineering hire at Wayin, a mobile and web engagement platform founded by Scott McNealy. As CTO, Vasa built and led the team that developed Wayin’s services for iPhone, iPad and Android devices, social media applications including Facebook and Twitter, and Java backend services operating on Amazon Web Services. Vasa spent more than 15 years of his career at Sun Microsystems. He served a chief technologist for the company’s Cloud Computing Practice, and he spent more than a decade as Distinguished Engineer and CTO for Sun’s $5.1 billion SunService division. He joined Sun as a staff engineer for SunSoft and worked on Solaris Operating System. Before Sun, Vasa held engineering positions at Intergraph and Hewlett Packard. Vasa holds a BS. in Engineering Physics, a MA in Mathematics and Statistics and a MS in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University, and did his PhD work in Computer Science at Colorado State University. Vasa served as adjunct faculty at Computer Science and Engineering Management at University of Colorado at Boulder. Vasa has several patents and publications to his credit including the highly referenced US patent 5,761,662 on personalization of Web, and the Prentice Hall book, Hands-on Intranet. vasa@prostarcorp.com

Carl Lashua – VP of Admin Services

Carl Lashua is a proven senior executive with extensive international experience building and leading information technology, operations and program management teams. Prior to joining ProStar  Carl was with HSBC, one of the world’s leading global financial services companies. Carl held various executive level positions in both North America and Europe including Program Director Global Change Delivery, Head of Software Delivery Europe, CIO France and CIO Canada. He has extensive experience leading teams providing business consulting, software engineering, enterprise technology deployment, change management and support services. He earned his Bachelor of Science (BS), Information Technology with concentrations in Economics and Business Administration from State University of New York College at Buffalo. Jason Martschuk – VP of Sales

Jason Martschuk brings over 20 years of Sales, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Project Management experience to ProStar Canada. Jason started his career as a GIS Specialist and Project Manager at AMEC where he focused on water resources, environment, geospatial and infrastructure. After 11 years with AMEC, Jason’s in-depth industry knowledge led him to Hexagon PPM as Senior Account Executive where his responsibilities included business development and acquiring new clients throughout Canada. Following Jason’s success at Hexagon PPM, he was recruited by Oracle as Application Sales Manager for Oracle’s Construction & Engineering Global Business Units.  Jason’s extensive sales experience combined with SaaS applications, GIS, and Project Management make him uniquely positioned to lead the sales efforts for ProStar Canada. Matthew Breman – VP of Marketing

Matthew Breman is a results-proven leader with over 25 years of marketing and communication experience. Specializing in delivering new products and ideas to market with a very experiential and customer-centric delivery, he has helped a broad range of brands including, MTV / Nickelodeon, Disney Resorts, and Microsoft succeed.  While the head of  Cranium 360, he moved the company from start-up to a national award-winning marketing agency.  He has worked closely with great clients and brands such as Johns Manville, Enstrom’s Toffee (if you have ever tasted it, you would understand), national franchisors, banks, and hospitals. Matthew’s experience, across a wide variety of clients, includes successfully bringing new products to market in industrial manufacturing, medical technologies, professional services, health, and beauty.

He earned his BA from the University of South Florida and his MBA from Rollins College.   His civic involvement includes leadership position in the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Mesa County, and most recently as an elected City Council Member for Fruita, Colorado. mbreman@prostarcorp.com

Bill McIntyre – VP of Business Development

Bill brings over 20 years of IT services and SaaS solution business development experience. Bill first began his sales career selling IT business solutions & services with Origin Technologies, an ERP implementation and IT consulting division of Phillips. Bill successfully acquired several key corporate accounts such as AEP, Columbia Gas and Nationwide Insurance that resulted in over $8 million in increased annual revenues. Bill went on to ReSource Partners, an ASP provider of PeopleSoft, CRM and data center solutions where he was awarded for both highest revenue generation and most improved customer service management. As a result of his performance and accolades, Bill was recruited by FacilitySource Inc., a startup SaaS based facility maintenance management suite focused on multi-unit retailers and restaurants. Prior to being recruited by ProStar, Bill was the National Business Development Manager for Willbros Engineering, a leader in energy infrastructure design, build and management services. Bill holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and is certified by Miller Heiman – Solution Sales and KARRASS – Contract negotiations “The Win-Win” training. Peter Srajer – Chief GIS Scientist

Peter Srajer has 20 years of geomatics and engineering management experience leading teams in a variety of construction, industrial, and technology projects in a diverse range of domestic and international areas. He has specialized experience in project management and technical leadership in GPS, high precision surveying, deformation monitoring, programming, GIS, Remote Sensing, Ground Penetrating Radar, UAV, 3D Laser Scanning, AR & VR for a multitude of sectors including Oil & Gas, Pipelines Utilities, Engineering and Environmental works. Peter has been an invited speaker to international conferences on integration of large spatial datasets to AI, Machine Learning and the use augmented reality for visualization. Ben Skogen – PointMan Product Manager

Ben is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the PointMan product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Ben is also responsible for ensuring that the PointMan product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Ben has been with ProStar for over 5 years, but prior to his position as a Product Manager, he served in the United States Air Force as an A10-C Thunderbolt II Avionics technician. Ben has his Bachelor’s in Computer Science, is a Certified Product Manager and is currently working on his Professional Land Surveyor’s license in the state of Colorado. bskogen@prostarcorp.com

KEVIN KOCH – Senior Director of Mobile Solutions

Kevin Koch has been involved in software development for over 15 years and has provided services to meet a broad range of requirements. From addressing application needs of global Fortune 500 companies to conceptual functions of the small start-up, Kevin’s vast experience in developing products covers the full software lifecycle of technology products into the global market place. Kevin provides extensive experience in mobile application development, including the Google Android OS platform. Prior to joining ProStar, Kevin was Senior Director of Technology for Thomson Reuters where he managed a large business unit responsible for all aspects of software development, web development, quality assurance, technical writing, project management and IT. While at Thomson Reuters, Kevin managed and rapidly scaled the group and was responsible for delivering innovative mobile, desktop and web based applications. Under Kevin’s leadership the group delivered their fully featured flagship product ‘Case Notebook’ from inception to stable mature product.  Many of Kevin’s innovative solutions have been instrumental in the creation of IP portfolios, including both pending and issued patents. Kevin enjoys working on both backend systems as well as client facing user interfaces; from desktop software, to websites and services, to mobile devices and he is fluent in many computer languages that includes C++, C#, C, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, VB, SQL, ASP.NET, and PHP. kkoch@prostarcorp.com

Jim Aspach – Technical Advisor

Mr. Anspach is a global expert in Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and has been instrumental in the utility engineering industry with more than 40 years of experience, including in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. Mr. Anspach was a founding governor and President of The American Society of Civil Engineer’s Utility Engineering & Surveying Institute (UESI). Additionally, he was elected as a Distinguished Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers for his life-long eminence in utility engineering and utility damage prevention development, knowledge, and experience.

Rick Pevarski – Technology Advisor

Mr. Pevarski is the founder and former CEO of Virginia Utility Protection Service (VA811).  VA811. Before serving as CEO for 20 years of VA811, Mr. Pevarski was employed for 17-years at Roanoke Gas Company in Roanoke, Virginia, as Vice-President of Operations & Marketing.  While part of the gas industry, Pevarski served on the Board for the South Eastern Gas Association, was a member of the American Gas Association’s Gas Piping Technology Committee and served for 17 years on the US DOT Gas Piping Advisory Committee. In 2008, he received the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) Jim Barron Award for his contributions and dedication to the enhancement of underground damage prevention and public safety and later served on the Executive Committee of the CGA Board of Directors.

He also serves as Technical Council Chair on Utility Mapping, GIS & Data Management for the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO).
