Page Tucker - CEO & President

Page Tucker is a serial entrepreneur in every sense of the word and has an extensive background in technology start-ups, including development, marketing, recruiting, capital financing and executive management. Page first became known as a technology visionary in the automotive industry for combining data mining and predictive modeling with geographic information systems (GIS). Page was the founder of Impact Solutions, Inc., a San Francisco based company he formed to provide state-of-the-art customer acquisition and retention solutions to the automotive industry. Impact Solutions, Inc. successfully implemented its innovative database marketing services to both automotive franchises and manufactures throughout the United States. Page reorganized Impact and formed e-autobusiness which leveraged Impact products and services and pioneered the development of a web-based CRM solution that provided services to well over 900 dealerships throughout the United States before being acquired. Page went on to form ProStar Geocorp and in 2016 the Colorado Technology Association named him Entrepreneur of the Year for his efforts and innovations in developing Geospatial Intelligence Software.

 

Peter Forster - CTO

Peter Forster brings over twenty five years of extensive application software development, design, and implementation experience to ProStar as the Chief Technology Officer. Peter was formerly senior manager SAP Deloitte and brings extensive expertise in SaaS application builds, DevOps and Agile methodology. Peter is a skilled leader that has engaged with several Fortune 500 organizations to architect and deliver enterprise level solutions. During these engagements, Peter leveraged application design and development experience as well as knowledge of enterprise software development and deployment approaches. He provides expertise in cloud services and cloud service architecture. Peter also provides solid business knowledge combined with a strong background in business process enabling technologies. Peter earned an MBA from the University of Western Washington and holds a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of British Columbia.

 

Steve Slusarenko - CIO

Steve Slusarenko was a Project Manager and Management Consultant that has provided consulting services to many Fortune 100 Companies including: Royal Dutch Shell; BP AMOCO; ConocoPhillips; Alcatel Lucent; Siemens Westinghouse; and Time Warner where he provided application architecture, business process engineering, and software implementation services. As Chief Innovation Officer, Steve is primarily responsible for providing innovative functional solution, implementation resources, and customer support services for clients. Having worked in both Oil and Gas, Utilities, and Commercial Construction business for almost 20 years and software implementation for these businesses another 20 years, Steve provides a unique knowledge base that includes business process design; prototype development; integration management; testing; legacy data conversions; and training delivery. With four decades of experience in Construction, Steve understands the dynamics of combining utility construction practices with modern technology in order to create business value and a safer work environment. Steve attended Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, BC and California Coast University, Santa Ana, CA and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and in 1993 obtained a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute in Drexel Hills, PA.

 

Darrell Williamson - CSO

Darrell Williamson has over 22 years of information technology experience from a system administrator to executive sales management.  Prior to Joining ProStar Darrell was the Sales Director at FyrSoft, where he built out five new US sales regions, and grew the business from 6 to over 50 employees. During his 8 year tenure at FyrSoft, he led the organization to achieve multi-Gold Certified Microsoft managed National Systems Integrator status.  FyrSoft was acquired by People Tech Group which enabled both companies to become a 1000+ employee global cloud software and services integration leader.  Throughout his sales career, Darrell as managed several vertical markets and sales regions for SaaS providers, hosting and colocation companies, on-premise software companies and IT integrators.  As a system administrator, Darrell supported middle market to enterprise sized customers with a focus on Fortune 50 energy companies including pipeline and product distribution business units. Darrell is a certified partner seller with Microsoft, Cisco Systems and other industry leading cloud providers.

 

Carl Lashua - VP of Admin Services

Carl Lashua is a proven senior executive with extensive international experience building and leading information technology, operations and program management teams. Prior to joining ProStar  Carl was with HSBC, one of the world's leading global financial services companies. Carl held various executive level positions in both North America and Europe including Program Director Global Change Delivery, Head of Software Delivery Europe, CIO France and CIO Canada. He has extensive experience leading teams providing business consulting, software engineering, enterprise technology deployment, change management and support services. He earned his Bachelor of Science (BS), Information Technology with concentrations in Economics and Business Administration from State University of New York College at Buffalo. Carl has proudly served as a board member for several organizations, including: The National Hospice Foundation, Canadian Payment Association; and the New York Cash Exchange.

 

Dan Colby - Senior VP of Product Management

Dan Colby has over 20 years of geospatial technology experience and provides a deep understanding of the evolving geospatial markets as well as the emerging geo-analytical industry landscape. Dan was the founder of Sentinel USA and spent nearly 16 years as the President and CEO before he negotiated a successful acquisition of the company in February of 2013. Since its inception, Sentinel USA grew to become one of the leading utility GIS service companies in North America. Sentinel USA specialized in providing deep expertise in data collection and data compilation. As Senior VP of Geospatial Technologies, Daniel provides expertise in the areas of spatial data integration, application interfacing, interactive application design and mobile tracking technologies. His knowledge of open data standard modeling and application configuration using OGC's Open Geospatial Standards and XML technologies provides ProStar with the expertise to deploy spatial technologies for its unique and patented industry solutions.

 

Bill McIntyre - VP of Business Development

Bill brings over 20 years of IT services and SaaS solution business development experience. Bill first began his sales career selling IT business solutions & services with Origin Technologies, an ERP implementation and IT consulting division of Phillips. Bill successfully acquired several key corporate accounts such as AEP, Columbia Gas and Nationwide Insurance that resulted in over $8 million in increased annual revenues. Bill went on to ReSource Partners, an ASP provider of PeopleSoft, CRM and data center solutions where he was awarded for both highest revenue generation and most improved customer service management. As a result of his performance and accolades, Bill was recruited by FacilitySource Inc., a startup SaaS based facility maintenance management suite focused on multi-unit retailers and restaurants. Prior to being recruited by ProStar, Bill was the National Business Development Manager for Willbros Engineering, a leader in energy infrastructure design, build and management services. Bill holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and is certified by Miller Heiman - Solution Sales and KARRASS - Contract negotiations "The Win-Win" training. He is also an active member of several industry organizations including, CGA, AGA, OGA and CTC (Columbus Technology Council).

 

Kevin Koch - Senior Director of Mobile Solutions

Kevin Koch has been involved in software development for over 15 years and has provided services to meet a broad range of requirements. From addressing application needs of global Fortune 500 companies to conceptual functions of the small start-up, Kevin's vast experience in developing products covers the full software lifecycle of technology products into the global market place. Kevin provides extensive experience in mobile application development, including the Google Android OS platform. Prior to joining ProStar, Kevin was Senior Director of Technology for Thomson Reuters where he managed a large business unit responsible for all aspects of software development, web development, quality assurance, technical writing, project management and IT. While at Thomson Reuters, Kevin managed and rapidly scaled the group and was responsible for delivering innovative mobile, desktop and web based applications. Under Kevin's leadership the group delivered their fully featured flagship product 'Case Notebook' from inception to stable mature product.  Many of Kevin’s innovative solutions have been instrumental in the creation of IP portfolios, including both pending and issued patents. Kevin enjoys working on both backend systems as well as client facing user interfaces; from desktop software, to websites and services, to mobile devices and he is fluent in many computer languages that includes C++, C#, C, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, VB, SQL, ASP.NET, and PHP.

Jim Anspach, P.G. Dist. MASCE

Jim Anspach is considered a founder of the branch of civil engineering practice called "subsurface utility engineering" and the prime architect behind the recognition of Utility Engineering as a branch of civil engineering practice. He is a founding Governor and currently serves as President of the American Society of Civil Engineer's Utility Engineering and Surveying Institute. He is a Distinguished Member of ASCE. He was the 2009 winner of the FHWA's "Leadership in Utilities" award. Jim serves on national committees regarding utility detection, damage prevention, and standards, including utility standards for GIS systems. He was a prime consultant for the 1996 FAA Safety Study, "Cable Cuts - Causes and Preventive Measures," and the National Transportation Safety Board's Utility Damage Prevention Summit in 1994. He assisted in developing the 2004 FAA ANI-10 policy on utility damage prevention and utility mapping for FAA facilities. He has practical experience managing many large utility engineering projects with scopes including utility mapping, utility coordination, utility relocation design, and utility avoidance strategies. He has developed and taught classes in subsurface utility engineering for many universities, utility companies, and government organizations. He frequently serves as an expert witness in litigation involving utility damages. He served as Chairman of the American Society of Civil Engineer's Board Committee for Civil Engineering Codes & Standards. He is Chairman of ASCE's Construction Institute's Standards Council, and is Chairman of ASCE 38, Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data, and oversees the development of ASCE's new Utility As-Built standard. He serves on NIST's Water and Waste Water Resiliency Panel. He served as the Investigator for 7 separate National Academy of Science (NAS) research projects involving utilities, as well as the U.S liaison to the U.K.'s Mapping the Underworld project. He is on NAS panels regarding geotechnical investigations, Utility Damage Prevention, and Design-Build underground project risks.

 

Layne Tucker

Layne Tucker has extensive experience in oil field, compressor station and utility pipeline construction. Layne was the CEO and founder of two oil & gas construction companies that were based in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada before he came to the US to be a Co-Founder of Guardian ProStar, Inc. Layne is also the founder of EchoRFID, LLP which has a primary focus on discovering new applications for its patented RFID technologies to enhance the management of buried assets and prevent damage to buried utilities during construction activities. Today, Layne serves as CEO of EchoRFID and continues to be a valuable ambassador to ProStar.
